Service Design Management, an exciting new field, looks at the “dramaturgy” or emotional curve of your contact to the customer. Using concepts from drama and film, we will develop ways to make your customers feel more satisfied every time they deal with you, and to make them look forward to coming back. Working with your staff, we will help unlock their creative potential and help them see the importance of their starring role in your production.
Our trainers are a mixture of sales and service experts, and professionals from theater and comedy. Using only the resources you have (staff, stock, premises), we will turn your business into showbusiness.
Recommended duration for each group of (seven to twenty) staff:
One preliminary meeting (half day)
One SDM training phase (two days)
One activation phase (one day, on the job)
